Renting out Cruise Ships for Hurricane Victims, a Brilliant Idea Indeed

Who says FEMA is not doing their job. They just rented out Three Carnival Cruise Line ships to shelter 7,000 Hurricane Victims from the Katrina Disaster. Brilliant idea and if and when we get another Hurricane they can sail out of its way, without causing further hardship. They have showers, food, giant institutional style galleys and no one can complain, they are on a cruise ship. I mean think of it these people will be taken on Carnival Cruise Ships...
